Welcome to DotSmart Technologies Private Limited, a software, website, and mobile app development company (“Company”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”). If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our services.

Services
Our services include software development, website development, and mobile app development. We may also provide other related services such as maintenance and support.

Fees
The fees for our services will be determined on a project-by-project basis. We will provide a quote for our services before starting any project. Any additional work required outside of the original scope of the project will be subject to additional fees.

Payment
Payment for our services is due upon completion of the project. We accept payment by [payment methods]. Failure to make payment within [payment period] will result in the suspension of services until payment is made.

Intellectual Property

Warranty
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We do not warrant that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. We will provide a warranty period for any defects or errors discovered after completion of the project.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use our site.

Copyright Notice

All content on our site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of our company or its content suppliers and is protected by Tamil Nadu Government and international copyright laws.

Trademarks

Our company name and logo are trademarks of our company. All other trademarks, product names, and company names or logos appearing on our site are the property of their respective owners.

Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time for any reason. Upon termination, the client will be responsible for paying for any services provided up to that point.

Governing Law
This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu State Judiciary.

Amendments
We may amend this Agreement from time to time by posting the amended terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or representations, whether oral or written. No modification or amendment to this agreement will be binding unless in writing and signed by both parties.
